Dalia Hesham

Dalia is the CEO of ImprovED and she is an Arab-American entrepreneur and leader with a passion in inspiring and promoting community, well-being, academic and behavioral progress, for all. She is a strategic planner in school development with experience in school evaluation and a track record in success. She specializes in curriculum adaptation and modification of general education curricula to enable all stakeholder's success, across a range of curricula. She has successfully started up schools in the UAE, as well as improved the ratings of schools from ‘Weak’ to ‘Outstanding’ in the United States of America, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. She is dedicated to giving back to the education community and is a school Governor in schools across the UAE.

She has a dual Master’s of Science degree from New York State and is a licensed Special and General Education teacher, also specializing in early childhood education. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Pediatric Speech Language Pathology, Audiology and Communication Sciences. She also hold UK certifications in teaching, holding Qualified Teacher Status in General and Special Education.
